We are located on the big Island of Hawaii in the Fern Forest subdivision. Not to be confused with Fern Acres subdivision.

  Currently there is a dispute going on with the County over illegal road name changes. So, we are still working to clear that up. The main road into the forest is from  S. Glenwood road, which turns into Captain's drive, which got illegally changed to Ala Kapena. So, the subdivision is huge, roughly 3,000 lots and 55 miles wish of roads.
